- Confirm that the delivery address listed in our system is accurate. Incorrect addresses can lead to misplaced deliveries.
- Check with your neighbours and other household members to see if anyone accepted the delivery on your behalf.
- Look around your property, including any safe spaces where a courier might leave the package.
If these actions do not lead to finding your parcel, please let us know. We will contact the carrier to request Geo-location data and a delivery photo, which can often help us locate the missing item. This process can take up to 24 hours, so we appreciate your patience while we investigate.
