What are the expected delivery times for Verve, and what happens if there is a delay?Updated 7 months ago

Hi there!

All UK mainland order are sent via Amazon Shipping UK on a tracked delivery service and will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. *Post code restrictions apply. Non-UK mainland or out of area destinations may be sent via an alternative tracked service.

International orders are shipped via FedEx. delivery times are dependant on the destination country. Expected delivery time: 2-11 days with typical deliveries to US / EU addresses within 3-5 days

We aim to maintain timely deliveries and understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly. However, there may be instances that can cause unexpected delays.

If your order has not arrived on time or you suspect it might be in transit longer than usual, please contact us for assistance. We will investigate by checking the tracking status and liaising with our shipping partners to get an update as to when you can expect delivery.
