How do I get a refund if I no longer want my subscription or an order?Updated 7 months ago

Hi there!

If you decide that you no longer wish to continue with your subscription, you can cancel at any time. In the case you've decided to return a specific order for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us to inform us of your decision to return the item. We can also cancel your subscription at the same time
  2. We will send you a shipping label to return the item with Free Shipping
  3. You will need to apply the shipping label over the existing delivery label on the original product's parcel.
  4. Take the parcel to your local post office for return. Please make sure you get a receipt for the parcel showing the tracking reference

Please note: 

All products must be in pristine condition:-

Food products must be unopened, unused with any seals still intact.

All items are inspected upon receipt by our quality assurance team, if the above criteria is not met we are unable to issue a refund. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Once we receive the parcel back in our warehouse, we will confirm that your refund has been processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed once the parcels been received.

Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days since receiving our email confirmation, contact our Customer Service team to investigate the issue for you.
