How can I track my order if the tracking link isn't working?Updated 7 months ago
Hi there!
If you're unable to track your order due to the tracking link not functioning, it is likely that the warehouse are working on shipping your order to you, or if the order was placed after our cut-off time and has missed the day's dispatch slot.
Our warehouse does not operate on weekends, so if your order was placed late in the day or on a non-working day, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
Once the order is collected by the carrier in the evening, it will be marked as fulfilled in our system, and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Additionally, you will start to receive emails from our shipping partner, keeping you informed as your parcel makes its way to you. Upon being out for delivery, you will receive a 2-hour delivery window, as well as the option to create an account with the carrier to provide delivery or leave safe instructions.
